What Will Be Deleted

• Your account profile (name, email, preferences)
• All listening progress and activity tracking
• All user-generated audio files stored in your account
• Your subscription and payment information from our system
• All associated data linked to your account

What Will Be Kept

• Payment records: We may retain certain payment transaction records as required by law for accounting and tax purposes. However, these records will be anonymized and will not contain your personal information.
• Aggregated analytics: Anonymous, aggregated usage data that cannot be linked to your identity may be retained for service improvement purposes.

Data Retention Period

After you request account deletion, your account will be immediately deactivated and you will be signed out. Your data will be permanently removed from our systems after a 30-day retention period. During this period, your account will remain deactivated and you will not be able to access it. If you change your mind during this period, please contact support. After 30 days, all personal data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Steps to Request Account Deletion

1. Enter your account email address below to verify your identity
2. Optionally provide a reason for deletion (helps us improve our service)
3. Click "Request Account Deletion" to submit your request
4. Your account will be immediately deactivated and you will be signed out
5. Your account will be permanently deleted after the 30-day retention period
6. You can contact support during the retention period if you change your mind
